In this video, I explain how to transition from forwards to backwards (from a standstill and from skating forwards) All content is created by Ian Smith of Kellian Hockey, June 6, 2023 www.kellianhockey.com
Start the C-Cut at 3:00 and start the crossover at 6:00--that's what I was able to take from your excellent use of the Bingo Dauber! (Most people--me, for sure--C-Cut from 6:00 to 9:00). Totally helpful--I'll have that image burned in my head now for practice!
I think you are 100% correct. I didn’t like how I got cut off on the edges here and there. I will remake this. I’m using a device called “Pivo” and it’s supposed to track me. Need to work out the bugs.
Ho that s amazing. I like the way you teach and try to do it. In order to execute this properly, I have to be confident with hockey stop. I m struggling a lot ( fall a lot :)) any chance for a video how to hockey stop ( the weight/ the twist/ the hip….) forward and backward. Thanks you very much. Le bonjour from France
Google Translate!)
