I rather not play a game that your stats are based on how lucky you are. 10/10 combat/visuals tho. it took 3 weeks to get my wiz from 56- 58 when playing 8 hours per day smh tip: never go for TET

I strongly disagree. If you follow the For Honor Reddit, you can see what I mean. Nobushi is the only one that may arguably need to be toned down, but I'm pretty sure it's because she was the only "hybrid" class in the game so nobody knew how to defend aginst her. I struggled greatly against Nobushi, so I played her for a few games to learn her movements and combos and what not, and after that, playing against Nobushi was a lot easier. Like I said, you gotta learn the characters in order to fight them efficiently.

Icee nobushi is the only broken character: longest range, one of the fastest, tied with strongest bleed effect, only negative is she is squishy

The samurai are not broken at all. Get good dude. I play as a knight and I do just fine against Samurai. There's a learning curve to each character. If you don't know how to fight them, you'll probably get owned. Simple as that.

Danny Stewart eh in my opinion I don't see this game lasting long. the p2p connection is just annoying I was playing and it came down to who can spam random directions the fastest and that just got boring within an hour not to mention ubi loves there micro transactions but if you do enjoy that game that's great :)

jenny lane the gear is usable in any gamemode. However, although the gear boosts stats, it it small enough to where if someone with no gear fought someone with the best gear, it would still be a fair fight, as long as they were equal skill level.

Yes i know that. It does not change that it is bad to have it at all. If its just cosmetic why clutter it with Stats? If its not just cosmetic its bad. So either option is bad. There is just no good reason to have Stats on it at all.

It's a beta jfc. Not all of the content is going to be there obviously. Have you ever played a beta before? There's like 4 characters they didn't include, and probably more maps as well.

I also think this game might get boring, but he is right. I believe there are at least three game modes they left out of beta (4v4 and 5v5 duels comes to my mind) and the campaign (which I'll be fairly impressed if it's more than 6 hours).

Well, from the comments I've read, people are crying about 1/3 of the avaible characters in beta being OP. Which basically means that when the game will be out people will insult you if you dare to pick the taboo characters to discover the game. Most people didn't play the game and the community is already that toxic, imagine how it will be when they will actually play the game. Since some mods are a little bit MOBA-like there are chances that you get vote-kicked if you do any mistake or take a character that is either considered OP or too weak, vote-kicked at best, you can also be harassed and stalked. Not even mentioning the insults and since Ubisoft games tend to not have an option to hide the chat, if you play PVP prepare to be forced to read a lot of sentences coming from uneducated teenagers or adults. I don't know if team killing is possible but if it is there will certainly be as much team killing as in Rainbow Six Siege. The P2P means that there's no dedicated server. And if you're suspected of having a bad connection you will get vote-kicked. Another scenario would be that you have no luck and didn't encounter a lot of ennemies and thus have a low score, you may get kicked for being afk or a leecher. In a competitive game with a toxic community you will stress and always try to be the one who has the biggest score. Maybe that will transform you to the kind of player who is always on top but will you feel like playing a game or working ? It's not for nothing that TheLazyPeon made this joke: "I've the biggest score so if we lose I can blame my team, which I would do regardless" ; people will be frustrated discovering the game because of the pressure from other players then when they will get better at the game they will still stress to be on the top of the leaderboard so they can blame or insult the others just to relieve their constant frustration but it will never be enough because all the stress and frustration they cumulated will be too much to be easily relieved so they will just continue to be rude toward other players. So ofc these are only my pronostics, maybe I'm right and the community will be as toxic as I described, and maybe I'm wrong and the community will be even more toxic than what I described, but what is sure is that it will be toxic because it already is.

No character is OP, the game is completely skill based. If you can react to any character attack with block/parry/counters you will always win plain and simple. Team killing does not exist. P2P wasn't nearly as big of a deal as people made it seem, but i will say it sucks that the game can pause mid fight for a few seconds while it loads in either a bot or player. I haven't played a game that felt this rewarding in a long time. Open beta is on the 8th, make sure you try it before you buy it as it won't be for everyone with such a high skill cap.
