I honestly feel like they should damn near give LB back his bash on block just don’t give it hyper armor again. For him to be a defensive champ the only thing he has is good parry punish dmg. No good openers a readable chain offense… he honestly deserves to get his old play style back in the current meta of game. Honorable mentions to Shoguki soft feint Demon’s embrace. Conqueror infinite zone. And certain characters should get back their block on dodge ie Kensei Warlord Conq, since all assassins have deflect plus regular guard now that reflex is gone.

I have yet to dodge or parry that second light 🙄 even when expecting it. Then, the unblockables tracking/trajectories are wild 😮💨 I've never been hit by so many unblockables that I've attempted to dodge on read
@midgard9057 Honestly, i feel like my two main characters can be described as "slightly better warden." Centurion and warmomger. Warden was the first character i ever played, way back in the beta.
@@AJSLV2002 Fair. Warmonger is a much better hero with the dodge options (claw bash/unblockable heavy). Varangian struggles against unblockables in team fights and her moveset recovery is bad
@dylanfallin2637 she is fun. It's just a nightmare playing pk against chatacters like gryphon or berserker with all their hyper armour. Side tangent, but i think deflects should cancel out hyper armour. Otherwise, you're better off just parrying the attack like normal, but then you're missing out on a big part of your character's kit.
Honestly I can't with vg idk wat it is about but everyone one I face away just turtles or only use cheap moves but I've just been having the worst luck with vg
Something is up with her Unblockable Heavy Her Lights are Sus Her Crushing counter dodge Heavy is Sus. I think some collision stuff is off. 🤷♂️ I have the hardest time fighting her for no reason.
Because aramusha has unreactable 400ms tri directional soft feint lights... And an infinite chain and the ability to fullblock off block stun and hit stun... And recovery cancel fullblock his 400ms soft feint bash... They're different characters. Let's not pretend she's better than Aramusha.
@@MrJUSTchr1s SHE'S WAY STRONGER THAN ARAMUSHA. you don't have to guess with aramusha like you do with vg like just block his heavies and if he does a dead feint so be it it's like 12 damage but if you guess wrong against vg it's 24 damage if not more like and she has enhanced lights like aras infinite chain isn't going to do much against any semi decent player who can react and just block his lights and end his chain
@@ltriberzis You sound like the player that will eat EVERY single deadly feint light... Aramusha lands TWO deadly feints and that's 24dmg... FYI 400ms lights are normally 9dmg but his are 12. If all you do is block attempt his heavies you will eat EVERY single deadly feint and he can loop a deadly feint light off a deadly feint light indefinitely... If you're not dumb you will start trying to defend against his deadly feint lights or you're gonna die. If you guess wrong on a deadly feint light you're gonna eat his 31dmg heavy... Like you can't just "block" and "react to lights"... His deadly feint lights are unreactable and just blocking his regular heavy indicator puts you right into his infinite mix up game. If you dodge attack his chain pressure just like Varangian he can recovery cancel fullblock your dodge attack. Varangian can't fast flow into fullblock stance off guard or hit stun. Aramusha can off both. Meaning even if you hit Aramusha he can still instant fullblock you when you're in the middle of a chain. If he's blocking he can fast flow into fullblock stance too. His fullblock stance is always a threat no matter the hit stun or state he's in. Varangian can't fullblock while blocking or while she's getting hit. She's not WAY stronger than Aramusha. They play differently and are designed around different things. Much like Jiangjun Varangian relies completely on her unblockable finishers for pressure her having soft feint GB makes perfect sense. Aramusha doesn't rely on unblockables for pressure his pressure comes from his soft feints.
@@MrJUSTchr1s I won't eat deadly feints all that often because every aramusha has an attack pattern like I have 49 reps on him I know like it's fairly easy to react to him imo or just guess which side he's going to deadly feint and parry it or if you have an all guard yourself just all guard and it covers the heavy and the light or you can just back dodge his mix ups entirely. Varangian guard you can just react really because either she's going to throw the unblockable or she's not like it's a guess she's just so easy to play for no good reason like ubi caters to the absolute retard player base with every new hero just so much reward with very little risk
@@MrJUSTchr1s you just said exactly why varangian is so much stronger like she has a soft feint unblockable 50/50 vortex which can go into gb or full block and it's a much higher damage 50/50 than aramusha and yet it takes the same amount of stamina it's just ridiculous. She also has a 400ms unreactable headbut after her finisher to make sure she keeps you in her 50/50 vortex even longer if you guess wrong like it's completely chance whether you win against a varangian guard. also aramushas full block is faster but it doesn't last as long nor does it break hyperarmour so vg is a lot better in ganks and she won't take trades either

Doesn’t really matter, lawbringer had chances to win but didn’t. Could’ve light parried or made correct reads. VG isn’t that strong. Got a unblockable 50/50 mix, dodge, or gb mix. And that’s it. Her lights are nuts though and need to be nerfed for sure.

Lol this game is so ridiculous 😂 I've never seen lazier developers in my entire life. They literally just copy paste entire movesets from one hero and clone them onto another. They don't even bother to find a different voice actor 🤣
The idea behind her moveset is great, too bad people always need to be little shits and play her in a cancer way. I will watch y'all complain about every character being the same when they will eventually rework her.
