Do you have any bio hair? I've heard that if you will put it in a low ponytail at the nape of your neck and pull your cap down over your pony, it would help secure the wig. I also heard that if you have bio hair you can sew clips in at the nape and secure it to your biological hair to help it hold. I hope this helps. Yes, I think so I think they come in like 21 inch 22 inch and maybe even a 23 inch. I think if you look them Up on Amazon it will show you all of the different sizes.

Hi, I sent you a link to the one that I use. I think it's actually made for toppers but it works for me. I wear it with my basic cap wigs. I just don't like the book of regular ones although I do wear them sometimes I like this little one that I sent you the link to. Let me know what you think about it?
