Not everyone can afford $40+ jeans. A lot of us have to rely on Walmart or just blow through jeans too easy to pay an outrageous price over and over. George has never failed me or let me down
No doubt! That's a major reason why many of my jeans have been second hand from thrift stores in the past. It allows me to get a better quality denim for much less.
I get my Wrangler cowboy cut jeans at Ernie Sullins outlet for on only 18 dollars. They fit properly😂 Everyone is jealous of my perfectly fitting jeans.
I honestly would probably be wearing these if my company didn't require us to wear FR clothes, or if I didn't get my clothes for work paid for. But when I first got out of high school and was working construction, I would buy Walmart jeans because 1. everywhere we worked had a Walmart near by, and 2. I was blowing through jeans like a hurricane but if they got to the point where they needed replacement, I'd just go grab another pair. Now I've gotten too comfortable with Carhartt and Ariat jeans outside of my work clothes, but for working around the farm, I still wear them. I've got my "good" jeans for date nights with my wife, going to church on Sunday, and running around town, and I got my "work" jeans for doing work around the farm, house jobs, ect. Same with my boots lol.
Haha I have the same process except I got thrift store jeans instead of the walmart (even though a couple of thrift store ones came from Wally world to begin with 😆)
@@bigbluemsp I could do that, but with what I do for a living(electrician), we get company uniforms which are tan grey FR pants from Carhartt, and green FR shirts that button down. It's probably overkill but it's what the company wants me to wear, and I like my job so I do it lol
I've got several pairs of these jeans. I frigging love them. Oddly enough, I bought them at different Walmarts and the colors are a little different on all of them. Bad quality control but it actually works. For $15 they can't be beat.
I use my George brand straight fit jeans for general yard work, light construction, and they’re holding up just fine, plus the fact that they have so much stretch makes them way more comfortable than a 100% cotton denim or 98% cotton 2% elastane denim. With these George jeans you can squat and do anything without any tightness, they almost feel like sweats, comfortable for sure. They also have some $10 George jeans that are 100% cotton in regular fit, I would just spend the extra $5 on these flex stretch ones because they’re way more comfortable.
Hi Jeremiah! I just bought a pair of George bootcut 30x32 and they actually are pretty awesome! I wear mine with some Double H boots I've had for over 20 years and they do look great for $15. I'm more of a Wrangler, Levis guy, but for the price, can't go wrong! Love your reviews!
I got five pair of these and they are great. They have held up well. And fit really good. Have been washed around 11 times and I always run them in the dryer. They have not shrunk and actually have loosened up a bit on me and look even better now than when they were new. I bought 3 pair of wrangler at the same time I got these and one pair of the those popped a button and I had to return them to Walmart. I prefer these to the wranglers, due to the stretch of the material they are way more comfortable.
I think they work with every single boot style shown. Equally, I know from my own experience that you are underestimating the durability of "cheap" jeans. They are a hell of lot tougher than you give them credit for in my opinion. ;-)
Love the look of the white pythons with the jeans. And yes I've applied already. Have another pair Los Altos from Yeehaaw Cowboy and their help in sizing was a great great help = spot on the first time.
JEREMIAH C. Wow! I think that those $15 pair of lightweight jeans looks awesome with every pair of cowboy boots that You tried on. If the jean's pant leg rode up a little when You're seated, that shouldn't be a problem, cause there are guys like Myself that appreciate observing more of the boot anyway. Liking everything about this jeans and cowboy boots video, Jeremiah C.
It was cool to see this vid this morning because I'm wearing my Walmart George Jeans with my Justin Ropers! Looks and feels great! They had a sale a my Walmart for $11 dollars each I bought 3 pair!
I have a couple of the bootcut Georges and some of their “athletic” cut too. Always paired up with my Ariats or Thoroughgoods for work and they hold up pretty well. I do masonry and asphalt so I hate spending money on “good” pants to just have diesel/tar/concrete stains all over them and the Georges have held up just as well as some of my pricier stuff. Plus once they die, I can just grab an identical pair at any walmart! George jeans are definitely underrated.
I love the look of those jeans with all of the boot styles. Walmart I'm on my way thank you Jeremiah and everyone who suggested the jeans, I'll do some light work with them, maybe washing dishes or dusting aroud the house, maybe wash the dogs but all with my boots on of course
Those BNV boots are badass looking, the pythons, and caimans snip toe too. All three pair nicely with the jeans. For $15 there isn't really much complaining that anyone can do!
You should try the Wrangler Texas rooted bootcut jeans next they’re on Amazon’s $25 dollars and I would appreciate it in the Houston color on the color options 🙏 😊
I own a pair of the Wrangler Texas rooted boot cut jeans, and they are amazing, the cotton is so soft, but still sturdy good quality that you expect from wrangler ‼️
Great video ! I have been buying True Craft jeans at Belk. I find them to be comfortable and they're not at all expensive ($20.00 - $25.00). There are all sorts of different fits in their lineup. Probably find something for just about anybody!
"Question ... why do we always buy cowboy boots when we already have a good collection? Is it a disease or is it the love of cowboy boots or just passion? Hi Jeremiah, light blue jeans are really good, I like slim jeans but more with button closure because often with fly, it breaks in the long run ... good video! "
@@robbie5396 Héhé, me the same, always on the sites or other, I have a passionate love of cowboy boots especially the good models years 1980-1990, just for leather
@@cedrickization8159 I think if it was a disease there might be a cure and I'm not sure there is! So just a passion, fairly healthy I hope. How many pairs have you got?
@@robbie5396 HAHA! enough I think! You will fall to the ground I think! A good thirty and I love all my cowboy boots, I know their comfort, their leathers and the sound of cowboy boots to all !! Eh eh !!
I thought I would try a pair of the Wally World George jeans. For $11, if they last 6 months, they will still beat out the name brands. I've only worn them twice, but they seem like they are as well sewn as the name brands and the material is thicker than my Wranglers. I was buying Diamond Gussett jeans which are made in the US. They cost $45-$60 for regular jeans depending if they are on sale or not. The last couple pair of those ripped apart at the top corners of the back pockets. I can't pay that much for jeans that last 8-12 months.
Makes sense to me! Although these are much thinner material than any Wranglers I've tried. It's a super lightweight denim. Still might be fine depending on what you're doing and if you run through jeans fast anyways
I mean for $15 they seem ok. I bet like others Ive had in the past they really start to break down after 5-10 washes. But hell buy another pair for $15 🤣🤣
I think these jeans will work for me. I only wear traditional toe boots and don't own any square toes. Currently not planning on getting any square toes yet. The squarest toes I own right now are probably a pair of wide snip toes I have by lucchese and they are beautiful.
I could be missing something, but I haven’t seen you review Fenoglio Boots. Which is kind of surprising seeing as they’re made in the old Nacona factory. The people making those boots have been making them for generations. If you look at what actual cowboys are wearing, they’re wearing Fenoglio. Plus for an extra $75 you can customize them however you want.
You might have better luck if you go through one of the retailers of their boots. A lot of them have boots that are custom to them that you can’t get anywhere else.
Hello everyone - Get a good quality elastic coil with thread wrapping to wrap around the upper shop to tighten it up around your time so it doesn’t show in the Jeans profile
lol, I don’t know if you’re too young for this my grandfather and dad used to have those socks the hold up the socks not a girl what are you call that again damn I come lol
Mine have lasted a year, and I work in a warehouse busting my hump every day. I still can dust them and my boots off, change my shirt and have beers with the boys. Very impressed by Walmart
Really like them with all the boots. Shame they don't come in 36. Do you know if Asda in UK( who sell George) do them? Thanks for all your great videos Jeremiah. I love cowboy boots though not many wear them here unfortunately!
Any advice for making the tops of the boots fitting tighter? I suffer from skinny legs and the tops show on almost every pair of pants I own. And no I don’t wear skinny jeans
I have two pairs of the George bootcut jeans a worn out knees black pair and the current blue ones to replace the black one's and I like them I probably prefer my rustler and wrangler bootcut jeans but they are $20-$25 a pair and the other one is Levi's and and Arizona from Kohl's and they are around $35 a pair so not bad
I’ve always had good luck with George jeans I’ve blew out like 3 pairs (due to me getting snagged on steal I was working on) other then that they fit and look great of for 15 bucks!
How do those Stetson run in size? I’m a 9.5 EE in Ariat but a 10EE in Lucchese but I really like those Stetson lizards just not sure how they run Thanks in advance
And I wore the jeans I mentioned with the dr.martens steel toe lace up work boots, and my double h oak ice Dylan work boots and the several pairs of usa and china made Justin ranch and farm roper style and crazy cow western style boots
Thanks Corey! Lemme know which ones you go with! My favs so far with the square toes are Ariat M7, Cinch White Label, wrangler retro Slim straights. All are a little different so it depends on what you like and your body shape
Ive been wearing these jeans to work for years and never had any wear down any faster than other jeans. Plus I’m not gonna spend $50 on jeans that I’m just gonna ruin at work.
Actually for $15 they look pretty darn good. Too bad you can’t get a longer inseam so you could stack them. They might not be a bad jean to wear in the summer when relaxing or just hanging out. The light weight may be an advantage in the heat of summer. Will be interesting to see how the inexpensive jeans stand up over time compared to the more expensive jeans you have tried. I guess we will find out how it goes when you rank the jeans you have tried. 👍😊
I don't really like to stack bootcut jeans anyways so it worked out ok. I thought these were still kinda short for a 34 inseam though. We'll see how they do! Thanks Carol!
I mis-spoke this morning about the boots. Not sting ray manta ray. It was too early no coffee and just got back from walking the dog. All the excuses known to man.
you should try the diy where you use a belcro strap to fit the shaft of your boots in slim jeans heres the video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-BrVz5Vq2CBQ.html
Yep! I've done that trick many times myself with velcro straps, rubber bands and shoelaces. Here's one video where I did it at 6:30: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-XdNjU38Aa5E.html
