We saved an 1886 Post Civil War Folk Victorian house. Nothing as fancy as this and we had to start from the top down to renovate. My biggest gripe was the tiny kitchen. The only walls we removed were in the kitchen/ dining area. Then we extended it by adding another 25 sq. ft. eliminating the small back porch and making a BIG kitchen/ dining area. People entertain in their kitchens these days unlike back then. I would change that in this house, too but other than that it's good to go. Its a beautiful piece of property.

Wow, all that space. Probably even more that they didn't show like an attic and maybe a basement.
