It seems so immatured on doing an advertisement videos. Talking aoput herself as a girl bla bla. Buyers needs details of the house, materials type used etc. Not a single of those she mentioned. What a hopeless agent.

I agree! The best marketer is the one that even shows interest on the product(s) he/she sells. The lady presenter shows no interest at all. Obviously, it seems to me that she does not even want to buy this house if it is offered to her.

Aside from suggesting how to utilize the spaces, i think it's also a must to explain what kind of materials were used in the property, from flooring, cabinets, stairs etc.

Finishes are very dated, especially the railing, doors and patterned wood floors (parquet?). Cheapens the house overall. If you are renovating, make a point to upgrade everything.

@@luzgemz3660 you're asking me why? I'd ask you why not? It was so glaring it's hard not to notice and get distracted by it. Sorry, but it didn't sound okay and natural to me. Besides, why bother putting on an obviously fake accent when she should not be the focal point of the video to begin with. There's absolutely no reason for it.

Nice house, pretty good presentation. However, realtors should know the difference between a garage and a carport. A garage is an enclosed place with doors. A carport is an open air parking space with a roof. Otherwise it's a home with a concrete driveway to park your vehicle.

I can see no trees even around the area of the neighboring place, all walls and big houses nearby the place must be in a city. Sorry but I prefer a place where i ca see the green of the sorroundings, am not for the beauty of a house. But for people looking for a city life then the place and the house is perfect. Hahaha dami bitter dito at inggit kay ATE PRESENTER ang galing nga ng accent niya eh hindi bulol and Hindi kagaya niyo na puro "ahhh, uhmmmm" ganyan kayo pag kapwa pinoy naten nagsasalita ng English dami niyo sita at pangloolookdown.
