Was thinking he looks like Princess Nomi did at a few months old. Can still be abandoned or stolen but certainly not a newborn and clearly not his 1st bottle. 😅

In the videos they call every youngster "newborn" until the age of six months or so, makes better clickbait. This baby is around four weeks, I estimate.

You can tell by his teeth, hand-eye coordination, and being able to stand without too much wobble, that he’s about 6-8 weeks old. They’re just all called newborns (though, Nomi and Mobi were definitely only a couple weeks old when found in the market).

He is a newborn. He is about 2 weeks old. He is a Southern Macaque, they are bigger than the Northern Macaques, even when they are adults, their faces are elongated and larger and stockier. We are used to see the others in videos with diapers on.

After the others I was a bit surprised with how big/healthy he is. I also thought he only took on the sick/injured ones. I'll bet if you see one there and have the opportunity to save them it would be hard to leave any behind.

@@srjwildcat3589 Agree! But he shouldn't go to the animal market looking for a monkey. He's put himself out there on utube so people in his community (all over the world really) know him as a sort of 'home based' monkey rescuer. Because people know he should wait to be contacted by someone who needs help with a monkey for whatever reason. Those are the monkeys he should try to save. Actively going to the animal market is supporting the problem. I don't know where this latest one came from. For him though I am happy that it appears healthy. Putting all that time, money, effort, worry & care into a tiny sick animal & it not making it wears on him. I know the beat up & beat down feeling of it from doing 'home based' dog rescue.
