Great video, golf carts are quiet enjoyable. The villages seem really pleasant and fun. I recently found a new golf cart dealer in Bonita Springs, Florida called SWFL Golf Carts and picked up a new golf cart from them, can't wait to take it out!
Thanks for sharing... I live in st Helens Oregon and I am the only person in town to drive my golf cart around on the streets lol I love driving my cart and fixing it up, it is a mid 80s three seat limo cart with a car body (rare) I recently added a crazy lift kit and big wheels to it ...
@@retiringtothevillagesflori197 it has all the lights and blinkers and is street legal as far as golf carts go where golf carts are legalized but here it's just not illegal to drive a golf cart on the street as long as the speed limit is under 35 mph there is no registration or requirements here in the state of Oregon as long as the cops don't have any issues with it
If you're on Facebook you can go to the golf carts modified group or the Western golf cart group and you will see my white limo golf cart on there I'm sure I'm fairly active with my postings
I like your video! I wanna know what is the reason why people choose golf carts over cars? Is it because its more convenient? Economical? Easier to drive?
The yamaha brand has taken over there. Why do you think people like the yamaha carts over the club car or other carts? Also if someone visited the villages for vacation, Could out of Villegers bring a golf cart to commute with?
From what I understand, the Yamaha golf cart is preferred over the others because it is found to be a better quality golf cart, but is that left up to a personal opinion? I’m really not sure. And as far as bringing your own golf cart, that would depend on where you are staying at in the villages. If you are here for a lifestyle visit they will provide a golf cart, or you can either rent a golf cart from the villages golf course store
Villages is a good place to live if you don’t mind old cranky, privileged people and One of the worst Hospitals in the country. You don’t want to do a business in Lady Lake which is part of the villages they are definitely anti-business , anti-religion and bullies!
Well, I'm so sorry you feel this way.. We love The Villages ourselves, yes... we run into a little of that too but a lot more friendly people though. Live outside of the Villages and you will get that as well. A person needs to think positive over negative. Thank you for watching!
