Another great video! I also like the comparison to a thriller movie. I find it beneficial to imagine myself as the action hero in a movie that others are watching and interested in :) I find it motivational. Afterall, No one's going to be interested in the star of a movie staying in bed till 11am on a saturday lol. We appreciate people doing their best to overcome the odds.
thanks, glad you picked up on that idea, I've been finding it hard to enjoy the process and not be hyperfocused on results, so this a way to make sense of loving the journey.
