Narcissism will burn you out and break you down. Check out the book, It's Not You by Dr. Ramani Durvasula. It will save you loads of work, promise you.
not that this video is by any means related to npd, but I would much rather see and read from people who are not pushing the stigma of any cluster B mental health conditions, nothing against Dr. Ramani it's just my personal opinion
I like the way you presented how intrusive thoughts affect people in depression and how profound impact they have on daily life...depressed people are stuck in the past a lot
So your philosophy is "I don't care if you're my friend and having problems, don't talk to them about me they have nothing to do with me. Our relationship is entirely transactional, stop ruining my vibe or you're toxic". No wonder we're struggling from the death of community
Hello Jay... Hmmm... You can talk about... Maybe, why is so much hate everywhe... I follow a lot positive people Here on RU-vid... And some people WHO are sad and depressive. Some people write bad and horrible Things in the comments there... Why? Why are so many people so angry and full of hate... All the best Sani
You are wise and spot on. I enjoy your videos immensely. Something unique about you that prompts me to watch your videos one by one. Keep up the good work beautiful soul❤
the best thing I found out for myself is if you got the time once you are in the mood to record, just go for it! it's rewarding in itself to know that you've done it not matter the outcome end of the day 🩵🪽
Young Lady... Your are amazing... You have a beautiful old Soul... And that is fantastic. Most people have young souls... Love' your. All the best Sani
It was more like edited it on and off over the past year and it got about 60 views 😂 but I kinda got over the views and subscribers thing anyway.. I just wanna make videos and if only a handful of people see them then that's good enough for me you know 😊
What I’ve always wanted to do was open a RU-vid account and post my own pretty videos. What has always held me back though, is that I fear not knowing how to edit, or posting a video with bad resolution an so trying to wait for the moment I’ll have a decent camera or a decent phone… idk.. I’ve always wanted to create and start that yt account but here I am, watching a video about the fear of putting myself out there
that's dope that you wanna create, go for it! couple days ago I watched a video that had the video quality of the 2000s, but the message was on point lol, everybody loved the aesthetic, let nothing stop you, much love - J
