It’s terrifying when you think you might be miscarrying. In this video I share with you what I often share with my patients when they are having a threatening miscarriage scare. I talk about weighing out if you should get an ultrasound, blood tests to get done to rule out low progesterone, what you can see in your charts and a remedy in case your miscarriages have started due to an irritable uterus.
The information in this video is to be used at your own discretion and does not replace the tailored advice of your medical practices.
Remedy mentioned for miscarriages occurring due to violent contractions (irritable uterus): Viburnum Opulus 200c. Put a pill in water and sip until contractions subside. Restart when contractions start again.
You can read a testimony about this remedy on my website: ingefleur.com/...

Thank you so much for this video! I really wish someone had mentioned blood testing of hcg as an option for me when I started spotting and then stopped after a day. They only offered it after my ultrasound, where they saw nothing. I ended up having a ruptured ectopic pregnancy that I thought was a miscarriage. After talking with several providers, they told me that the only way it could have been properly diagnosed was with more blood tests. My surgeon said she sometimes sees an empty yolk sac inside the uterus with an ectopic pregnancy, so I don’t think a very early ultrasound would even make a difference in the future. Even seeing a yolk sac would not be reassuring. Apparently in a lot of ectopic pregnancies, it’s too small to see on an ultrasound if it’s the same size as the tube or smaller.

Hi Fleur, hope you and your family are will. First I have to say the work that you do here in RU-vid is amazing. Thank you so much all of the information you put out for us. I’m going through my 3rd miscarriage right now. Both of my precious miscarriages were passed at home naturally. But this one I’m having is little different. I found out the my little baby didn’t have a heartbeat at about 6.5 weeks. I didn’t have any pain or bleeding or any symptoms. My midwife referred me for a early scan, when I went for the scan they could only see the gestational sac and the yolk sac. I was about 6weeks and few days. They got me in for another scan after 2 weeks and then said there’s baby but no heart beat. They asked me to come back again to discuss the options and to have another scan same thing, no heartbeat no growth. I was about 10 weeks at the time. They offered me to take the medication to start the process but I refused because I wanted to try and do it naturally since my body did that twice before. My whole world turned upside down to know that I have to go through this horrible lonely pain again. My last miscarriage was in December 2021. I started to bleed 3 days ago but no clots. I’m now 12 weeks and 1 day. It’s just light period like bleeding. My last 2 miscarriages were very straight forward. Start bleeding the day I’ve passed all the tissue and everything and it was done. But this one feels like going on for days. Could you please advise me any homeopathic remedies to help my body to really start the process and get this done. I really do need help. I’ve e called the hospital they advising me to do a d and c which I don’t want to go through. I have watched your “ how avoid d&c video” I feel like to try some of the remedies you mentioned. But could you advise me what could help someone like me bleeding going on for days but not passing anything please?. Also I have to mention that all my miscarriages have not developed after 6.5 weeks. I still feel pregnant and my body always stared the miscarriage process after 11 weeks. I’ve been referred to the hospital for all the general tests such as autoimmune, thyroid functions and progesterone. All the tests came back normal. I’m really confused, angry and devastated. Sorry about the very long message. Hope you can suggest a remedy for me. Thank you so much for everything you do and may God gives you more strength and power. May God bless you and your family X

I’m so sorry that you’re going through that. That’s almost identical to my first (and only) pregnancy/ MMC. I’m hoping it doesn’t happen again but who knows. It’s so frustrating when they say everything is fine and don’t offer any help. ☹️💔

@@ashleytriana5984 thank you for your kind comment. And I’m so sorry for your loss too. It’s heartbreaking. I don’t want anyone to go through this. But I know I will not be the first or the last person to go through this. It’s so unfortunate. 😢

I experienced my first loss last month. My betas went from 25 to 5. I was about 6 weeks along. It was devastating. Still processing it all.

I unexpectedly got pregnant a few months ago while still nursing my now 19 month old. it ended in a miscarriage at barely 6 weeks. I had a lot of spotting but it was never red or a lot. just pink for a few days then nothing then again a few days later. so I wonder if I could have helped to prevent it. I checked my hcg every 2-3 days. it started at only 8 then 34 then 50ish then 72 before it dropped back down to the 30s after I knew i was going to miscarry, so it was slow rising and not doubling. my progesterone was also tested and was only 7 and then a 3 the same day my hcg dropped. my vitamin d was also low around 23. in your opinion is there anything I could've done at the first hcg test? before any spotting but when I got a 7 progesterone? I don't feel guilty and have already healed from the experience, I just wonder for the next time... in your experience/opinion does low progesterone cause the low hcg or could the pregnancy have been nonviable from the beginning causing the low progesterone and hcg? what's more common?

For 3 out of my 5 pregnancies, I eventually would bleed and miscarry with some cramping until I passed what is referred to as a, “decidual cast,” (a reddish pinkish clotted sinewy tissue like sac in the exact shape of my uterus). Once I passed it, all of my pain would immediately subside. This would usually happen a couple of weeks after my miscarriages started. One doctor mentioned passing an intact cast of the uterus lining after a miscarriage is rare and happens mostly when progesterone drops significantly. I just wondered what your thoughts on passing a DECIDUAL CAST during a miscarriage were❔❔

Come to find out I have a tumor, it’s not a cancerous tumor but it has to do with high prolactin levels, so my doc prescribed me Bromocriptine at night before bedtime. I’m also taking clomid cycles 5-9 and I take progesterone pills cycle 16 ( for 10 days) so hopefully 🤞🏽 this 6th baby sticks ❤

So last cycle i had a chemical. Heard you are fertile after and most go onto have a baby.. well I'm currently going through another chemical pregnancy. I find out 4 days ago and since my last cp i took tests to see line progression only to see the line fade, well its happening again. Do i call the ob to schedule blood draw to check progesterone? With my last cycle 1st draw was 175, 2nd was 77 then when i had apt it went down to 2.2. I just don't know how to go about scheduling now without the positive confirmation pg to be seen.
