You may be tempted to think the spotter is helping him put the bar back on the rack, but actually the lifter is helping the bar to not cave under the immense weight of the two planets worth of steel our guy is pushing up! some say every time he pushes that bar, the earth moves a little bit sideways. This man exercises with planetary Gravity not KGs, no wonder all those solar flairs are in the news!, been tugging against the sun!
