Wow I didn't know we could eat them. Every time I get one in the yard my eyes just want to see them. They must be good if my instincts are reacting to their presence.
You're absolutely right. Once I started researching herbs, I've been able to ween myself off of 10 different prescriptions. My doctor asked why I stopped taking the medicine when I told her herbs, she looked at me like I was crazy. LOL that was years ago. Never turn back.
You didnt say what they taste like, or really what they look like. Im a gardener, and i have pulled dozens of thithtles that are just hollow stems, some 3 feet high hollow stems-not worth looking at or eating
