This series of videos finds me in Nova Scotia province in Canada enjoying the warm hospitality of the Baird family.
Lance and Emma Baird have carved out a great life for themselves and their children in rural Nova Scotia, living the sustainable way; hunting, fishing and foraging for wild foods.
These lovely people have found happiness and fulfilment in their lives, and I have had the great privilege to share two weeks with them in their beautiful homestead.
