this is interesting, You could get creaminess from the rice but the addition of the other ingredients is intriguing as well.

Wow such an effort. Damn :) you do doing a lot of work behind the scenes. Original cocktails here and here. You have any tips how to switch from actually making cocktails to creating them? Understanding all the combos and ideas behind them, maybe here is books on it?

Thank you! A great place to start is with classic cocktails and swapping out one or 2 ingredients. I take a lot of inspiration from food and desserts and seeing what flavors would translate into a cocktail. Happy cocktailing!
