Hello everyone! I've been a New York City bartender/mixologist for over ten years and wanted to start sharing all that I've learned and created. Thanks for stopping by and feel free to leave requests or questions in the comments.
That's because brooklyn and untitled art both have flavor profiles of pale ale, not pilsner, despite their names. They are arbitrarily using IPA style hops and malts to try and mask the flavor of a bad lager. Go Brewing is actually the one doing it the "right way" by not trying to hide their lager attempt. In my book, a brewery failing to deliver on a pilsner is like a restaurant not being able to cook a perfect soft-boiled egg for you.
Pretty cool :3 loved the lesson^^ and thanks for showing because this already happen to me many times. Now i am curious about ube flavour in many other cocktails!
Loved 🥰 This Video Thank You 🙏 After 1 To many bad Alcoholic Experiences the Last being on the 20th April this year ( Fell asleep 😴 on a park bench & Luckily a friend found me as had my Wallet open & My phone 📱 on my Lap ) Had Tried a couple of Non Alcoholic Beers 🍺 over the past 2-3 Years But now I’m fully on it 👍🏻 I Did think 🤔 Shall I just stop with 🍻 Altogether & Tried to convince myself that I don’t actually like the Taste…But Honestly who doesn’t Love ❤️ a Cold 1 🍺 on a Hot 🥵 Day or a Hearty good tasting Beer by the Fire 🔥 When it’s Cold 🤷🏼♂️ So been watching lots of vids & Trying a few & Honestly this has been the BEST Video so Far 👍🏻 So CHEERS 🍻 ♥️&🤗 From England 🏴 X 😘
I managed to fuck this dead simple process up. I poured in the first ingredient, mixed for like 20 seconds, poured in the other, mixed again, left it for 36 hours and absolutely nothing happened. I guess waiting in between is important.
Thank you for the video! Others I would recommend: Busty Lush She's Golden, Sam Adams Just the Haze, Rescue Club IPA, and the holiday SantaClausthaler.
I know everyone loves the clarifies cocktails but to be honest it’s WAY too much work. I’m actually clarifying coconut milk with acid and straining it is actually not worth it. I wish someone can invent a budget efficient straining device that speeds up the process
Hello there! I’m really loving your NA beer reviews! I am 3 months sober and started dabbling in trying out different NA beers. You are right! The Peroni is so good! Can’t wait to try out other ones!
Is there a way to accelerate the glycerin infusion? Maybe by starting the infusion in alcohol but gently heating it so the alcohol evaporates and then pour in the glycerin and water? Or would that burn the infusion too easily?
I work in a bar with a vision for having as much homemade product as possible, would this realisticly be worth the price difference to Campari? cheaper or more expensive
I'm not a beer person but I've recently gotten into stouts and porters, not a fan of the lighter hoppier ones 😅 So I really appreciate the notes on why you like these, or why they don't make the expectations you have for a that particular style 😁
I don't drink alcohol, so I LOVE you NA recipes and reviews. A few weeks ago, I was at a restaurant where the bar had a few NA spirits you've reviewed and I requested them make a drink similar to one of yours- keep up the great work!
Hello, sis!!! Wow you have blown up big time. I need to go check everyone’s channels out. Hope you have been well. I happen to see your upload I don’t have any notifications on and I haven’t in a couple years. But N/A is a hot topic right now for sure.
I wish these beverages had more of a presence in my area of upstate New York. I’m an alcoholic, and I’ve been sober for almost 6 1/2 years. I came here, to this video from a TikTok talking about “zero proof” alcohol. I didn’t think it could be possible.my biggest worry is that I would taste it, and want to drink real alcohol again
Going to make this (if I can find the jam!) I wonder what it would be like if you shook all of the ingredients together, served it up and garnish with a few coffee beans or even something to set if off even further like grated loomi?!
I love these videos! I'm pretty new to NA drinks & never drank alcohol to begin with. Besides a mocktail or two, I tried NA Blue Moon recently, and it was okay, but it sort of just made me more interested in seeing if there's an NA beer I really like. These videos are a great starting point & I already have a list of drinks I want to try
This is excellent. I've been playing with these flavors myself. I made coffee infused vodka with a la Kevin Kos. Separately, I've made (clear) padan and ube syrups using extracts. I also picked up ube sweetened condensed milk because a local coffee shop uses it along with ube syrup for their reverse dalgona coffee latte. Thanks for leaving in the tip about the ISI whipper, I'm new to it and have had that exact problem.
Coffee-Infused Vodka 250 ml Vodka 2 Tb Coffee Beans Add both to ISI Whipper and charge twice with nitrogen. Let it sit for "a minute." Let off gas. Strain out coffee beans. It is normal for vodka to bubble for a while. Ube Coconut Milk Foam 1 cup Coconut Milk 1/4 Cup Ube Jam (Halaya) "A few coffee beans" Bring milk just to a simmer. Take off heat and add other ingredients. Whisk until the jam is incorporated. Strain out coffee beans and any large ube pieces. Cool and refrigerate completely before adding to ISI Whipper. Charge with 1 nitrogen tank and then chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
