Important please read Mam 8:56 you change unit of mass from kg to g ok but , the velocity have m/sec unit you (i.e si unit ) but you not change this in cgs unit so velocity become g/sec

i had a technical question. momentum is property of moving object only. because object in rest has no velocity which means m×0=0 so no mementum. but in ur example u take velocity as 0 for both gun and bullet is this example even applicable for this concept m in doubt. but u r best teacher available here becauee of ur communication skills u know from where i have ti start and wwhere to end so that no confusion creates mostly all teachers were correct but they make things complicated because they dont know.what to say first and where to end.
