That's why they have painters tape. That's what it's for so you don't get any on anything you dont want to. Easier that going back and removing it with mineral oil.

Have you thought about getting a tire cover maybe with your brand name on it so your spare tire isn't baking in the sun on top of the trailer? Just a thought.

Does that trailer have a serial / registration number? Maybe on the underside in a couple places with pictures. Have someone that's good with a welder write your serial and drivers license number then paint over it to stop the rust. Maybe get a set of large 1/4" Inch metal stamp set and use that for one and the welder the other. We don't need to see it or you to talk about it. Chances are someone that watches one of these videos will steal or try to steal the trailer. JUST DO IT.

Hey Jack, the trailer looks great!!! Before you end up really annoyed with the tool boxes on your trailer, it would be a great idea to pull all the grease fittings and clean the paint off of them so the accept grease. I’ve ran into that issue before with new trailers.

Awesome paint job but I got a question. Did you check to see if the winch would reach all the way to the back? Dad got a winch for his big trailer kind of like yours and the winch did not reach all the way past the back of the trailer.

Is the seat belt light on because you don't wear your seat belt, or is the connection crap at the female end? I soldered my connections together where the wiring comes to the female end, no more light, easy 5 minute fix.

Take you jack handle off and put some grease inside wheres its rusty. Will prevent rust and make it rotate smoother

The best place to put those solar panels is on top of the I beam neck i have installed several in that location and it seems to be the place of the most daylight and not be in the way of anything else

Surprised you didn't run the main power cable under the piece you had reoriented and just made a hole on the front of the short side and use a grommet to seal it... Just an idea.

Trailer will look like a rusty in few years. Just do minor touch up every few years and it will last a lifetime
