@@39lucas it’s kinda similar to stan culture. basically, its a failure to recognize that no matter how much of someone’s life they choose to share online, you still do not know them. dan howell (of dan and phil) has a video about it called “we’re in a relationship” that explains it well (and obvs he’d know given how people treated/treat him.) i think it’s worse with internet celebs as opposed to “traditional” ones because they can see what you say about them more easily. like you can’t comment on a tv show the way you can a youtube vid or type something into chat on a stream.

My mom had the Sims 2 before I was allowed to play it and was playing as a married character, but then my dad wanted to make his own sim so my mom made her sim cheat on her premade husband with my dad's character. I started telling this to people because I thought it was funny and had to quickly be shut down because it sounded like I was talking about real life LOL

When I was in my 20s, I would be playing the sims and mom would watch me to create my sims (this was like early 2000s and mom was alive). She would laugh as she would watch me create my sims. lol I wish I thought of recording her reaction to the sims.

When Simsie was streaming on twitch a few days after this one, the fact that she announced that her dad had just taken his medicine and that's why he seemed quieter/ slower makes so much more sense now. And that kind of makes me sad, he loves his family so much and would do anything for them. ♡

Kayla you're parents are adorable. Your mum has an amazing smile and your dad says the most hilarious things. And his dad dancing is much better than my dad's dad dancing. Talking of my dad, he was recently diagnosed with cancer. But my dad being my dad he doesn't want a fuss, but he doesn't tell my sister and I what's going on. He's effectively doing the chemo on his own. We don't even know which stage his cancer is or what kind it is. It was originally found in his intestines the tumour was removed but the scans showes it is now in his lungs.

My fiancé was diagnosed with the same type of cancer which also spread to lungs last year. He underwent a surgery and 3 rounds of chemo and now he is ok! We are doing checkups every three months, it is quite scary, but the good thing is he is much better and we are getting married in July. I wish your dad a full recovery. God be with you and your family! Sending my love from Russia ❤️

I've only watched half the video so far but i love this! Your parents are great to watch try this sims trivia and now i wanna watch last years video which i assume i missed when it came out. Your dad has great humor and your moms laugh is so contagious. It's so funny to see your mom crack up over your dad's "very wrong but hilarious" answers and your mom blowing him outta the water in the beginning after he offered for her to go first "bad idea lol" Everyone also did such an amazing job raising money for the fundraiser! great job on this all around Kayla
