Some questions answered on my 1600. Head bolt final torque I used was 110ftlb oiled. I have never actually done any timing adjustments, I simply make match-marks before dis-assembly.
Can you show the hydraulic block on top of the 3 pt control valve? I have a Ford 1600 I’d like to add one of those to. Any part number on it by chance?
Can you tell me what is the name of the part that the seat is bolted onto the tractor? It looks the flow control for the hydraulics is mounted to it a well.
Not sure if you even still check these but.... How do you adjust the throttle? Broke the steering shaft got it all put back together and now you have to hold the throttle or it shuts off. Help
Can you give any advice on hydraulics on the 1600. I have my grandfathers running like a kitten but I can’t get the hydraulics to barely move. I’m clueless
There are 2 lines that run through the inside of the gear box. They are prone to springing leaks and dumping all the hydraulic fluid in with the gear oil. On ours oil started bubbling up from the base of the gearshift and spilling all over. Just an idea.
