Repair on 4 wheel drive front Hub on Ford 6610 tractor 2014 To all that comment on the safety all the wight is being carried by the front loader the jack is only there for second safety point only.
i repaired Fords in late 80´s ....nice to see a video ! BUT guys pls never lift a axle on a hydraulic jack alone, always put under a some wooden blocks and set the hydaulic jack back from pressure !! If you ever saw an accident happen because of such bad workmanship you will NEVER work so dangerous again !! On the other hand you dont need glasses or handclothes for that work.....always enjoy the feel of the things, the grease, oil and waerout !!
@@KS-cu1zc believe me it has a loader this tractor is a Ford 6610 they other tractor we owned was a Ford 7740 I done some of the recording of this video as it’s my husband and father in law that done the work on our tractor 🚜 😁 Regards
I kept waiting for the jack to slip out and pin a leg then 4min of watching someone bleed out after it’s lifted off. That would be way to traumatic for you young girls to go through , so be safe for there sake and your subscribers ! Please
I thought it looked zf but it differs from the one I have worked on in a couple of ways, I expected to see a large nut inside the ring gear so you can tighten the slack out of the taper roller bearings as they wear.
Ah right, I don't doubt your right, I know the 10 series notoriously have loads of slightly different axles we have had a terrible time getting the right track rod ends for ours
