Honestly I'm quite excited about Ford coming back to India. And if they assemble or manufacture cars in India then the prices r going to be extremely low which will give them a significant advantage. And the thing that car guys r excited about is the Everest and Mustang. In US the base Mustang got around 315 HP with a V8 and costs around 25 lakhs. If Ford just decides to sell it for even 40 lakhs, the sales r going to huge! The 2nd hand market for the old Mustang has prices almost 80 lakhs for the Mustang, but the new gen being almost 50% cheaper, people will surely buy it in quite big numbers. And Everest is a Land Cruiser competitor outside, if they launch it in India at 40 lakhs ex-showroom then it has a good chance to surpass Fortuner. So, Ford's future in India seems to be great if they plan out things well
