Ford f-150 headliner removal 

You just saved me a ton of headache with this video. I was under the impression I could just swap out a new headliner for the previously smoked in one…because other vids showed “how easy” it was. I’m not touching that thing! Thank you!

yea, I have a super crew 2012. I didn't have to fold in half, but bent a lot. I had practice on a different car. Any slight bends did come out.

could i be it's harder to do it when there's no moonroof? the hole maybe helps bend it just enough where you can get it out without damage?

Thanks for your non bullshit vid. Was wondering how to remove the headliner on my 2001 F150. Another shitty design on the 2001...the roof has recessed channels where rainwater sits and rusts through the top around front windshield. Now I have to replace the top which there are NO replacement skins on the market for. I'm going to temporary fix with some kind of aluminum sheeting glued or riveted. May do a partial remove of headliner in the process. What a pain in the ass.
