Dean, This is easily the best template (😁) for..... "How to Mount a Door Speaker"..... that I've ever seen made in 9 minutes! Your video is both vehicle specific, while at he same time in the most respectful way, also generic as it covers the correct procedures for 100's of other doors. You walked us through the correct procedures for checking/allowing for depth. Then, threw in some tips like the screw trick AND the correct way to use the rotary tool that could possibly save a door panel. I know I'm just writing what you physically done in the video but I know how some will go straight to the comments and read them. So hopefully I'm front loading value in a great video that novices and PROs both should watch!
In my experience acrylic will offer more midbass compared to Blown PVC. It’s a more dense material. Even ABS would be a better material. BPVC is excellent for map boards through.
