This video simply tests the base model, there is Fiesta much faster, 1.4 100 hp, 1.6 120 hp (atmospheric) 1.0 100, 125 etc. They are honest cars for the people that are easy to maintain and reliable, rest in peace, and good service, Fiesta.
I had a 1978 in Canada. It had a cross flow Kent 1.6L. It made 60 mph in a hair past 13 seconds but slowed to 17 seconds with a passenger. It was the slowest car I ever owned but it was nimble and fun and it parked anywhere. It was an awesome Winter Warrior in snowy Edmonton on it's 12" diameter tiny little Goodyear Viva XGs with ice studs. I used it for courier work. It was dependable and economical until it burned to the ground in 1982 while idling in -25C temps. It had 227,000 + kilometers and was going strong.
Glad i did order a frozenwhite fiesta st line x mild hybride with the automatic gearbox did get the blackroof option on it for free because i did wait for a long long time, it's going be deliver'd by my dealership next week finally yesssss!!! 😎
WOW, as the owner of a 1st generation Fiesta (and almost owner of a 7th generation) like others here I am underwhelmed. My Fiesta (American spec, similar to the XR2) was nearly twice as powerful and twice as fast to 60. Amazing how the bottom spec model didn't really start to get powerful until the 2004 model. If it isn't already available, a more interesting video would entail the top of the line performance models from each generation. No one offs, no super expensive factory hot rods, just the 1.6 powered models of each generation.
I think to see the Best comparison.. And like a Ford fan and tribute to Fiestas I would like to see the same using : Ford Fiesta mk1 xr2 Ford Fiesta mk2 xr2 Ford Fiesta mk3 xr2i, rs1800 and Rs turbo Ford Fiesta mk4 zetec SE Ford Fiesta mk5 1.6 zetec S Ford Fiesta mk6 ST150 Ford Fiesta ST180 Ford Fiesta ST200
Te extraño mi Ford fiesta trend ❤️eras tan lindo y Olías tan bien . Cuando te limpiaba por dentro y encendía tu motor . Cuando llovía y eras mi techo . Tan calentito por dentro ❤️😸
I don't really know where this video came from. Here in Argentina I owned Fiesta Mk3, Mk4, and Mk6 but all of them had different engines as per described in the video.
So underwhelming that even my lowest expectations were shockingly not met, the cars are so dramatically underpowered that is it basically a safety hazard.
Es una pena y lo siento que no abeis.sa cado la del fiesta RS turbo del 90 porque es una máquina de correr y bacelera o a 100,entre ,,7 y 8 segundos y 0 a 200 lo hace entre ,18 y20 segundos
0:00 to 0:21........my first car was a Java Green 1980 1.1L.....reg was EML 646V....engine wasn't in the finest mechanical condition but in 1992 as a spotty 18 year old I had lovingly de-sludged the breather hoses, stuck a new Fram PH2966 oil filter on and a sump full of Duckhams Q 20w50. Simple cheap chromed "Pancake" air filter clamped onto the carburettor, my mate riding shotgun with me timed me with an accurate stopwatch with a 0 to 60mph (not 62mph as the "100km/h" bullshit dictates, I am English old school) at 12.9 seconds. I put it down to having a very "Loose" engine........🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
This is a slowest battle ever. Only least powerful engines? Really? When 1.25 75BHP was available earlier? And then no Ecoboost? This is not what was the best in Fiesta, this is mules comparison :( This video could be much less shorter....
