Ford Flex | Rear Shocks 

Here I replace the rear shocks on my 2010 Ford Flex.
Part Numbers - Only for the Flex. However, the process should be similar for the Ford Taurus/Explore/ MKT.
What is listed here is current as of my video recording. As time moves forward Ford may update part numbers.
Rear shock -CA8Z-18125-A Not side specific.
Upper Insulator -CG1Z-18197-A
Torque specs as follows-
Lower bolt to knuckle assembly- 129 lb-ft/ 175Nm
Upper Insulator- 41 lb-ft/ 55 Nm
For those that may care.. or find it funny as I did….
Torque spec for the four screws storage compartment- 44 lb-in / 5 Nm
