Ford Fusion chirp noise that will not go away, P2004 and P2008 intake manifold runner solenoid fix 

My cheap Ford Fusion make a chirping sound that will not go away. I have to remove the serpentine belt to figure out if it's one the accessory pulleys or the water pump. It turns out to be a dried bearing on one of the pulleys. The check engine is also on for the intake manifold runner valve solenoid, both have open connections when checked for resistance. P2004 and P2008 is the DTC.
