You’ve taught me so much about Dpf issues, and my dishwasher tablets washout worked perfectly, I had the Nissan juke back in today to laser track it , the customer reports that it’s as good as new and no issues or warning lamps 🤗 £5 for a hundred tablets, I’ve used 12 😂

I don't call it a fail necessarily. With that kind of pressures I am a bit suspicious of the clients explanation of what has happened. We see a lot of short distance driving related filter problems. MIL has always been on way before that kind of contamination/blockage that you show. Maybe the other shop adapted a few times without actual cleaning the dpf or going for a highway drive? Anyways, you did your due diligence and like you said, " can't win them all ".

Might be that those over heating of the DPF has damaged it. I also was surprised you didn’t put another treatment through while the engine was running. I can’t believe how good that fluid is.

Well we have a new dpf pressure record 😂 something isn't right there clearly, if it's really was at those kind of pressure surely the engine would have trouble running let alone reving up with that kind of back pressure.

Another bottle more concentrated maybe jimmy, touch wood since using low saps oil and better quality fuel I have had no issues thus far

5000mb thats over 70psi at that pressure it would have trouble running did you do plausibility test on pressure sensor ... i had one a week or so ago for a garage who had fitted new dpf still same issue ... new sensor fixed it

Does the sensor measure 3 bar pressure? Probably launch diag dont display the number correctly. These sensors should be upto 1bar.

Is your scale on hPa not millibar?

My dpf blocked because I put 20 quid diesel at a time was never enough fuel in the tank to allow a regen and had no fault code

Surprising that for maybe the first time on video you didn't use a second bottle. Maybe time wasn't on your side this time. I've seen you many a time opt for a second bottle in this scenario.

Faulty sensor

Jimmy did you get to the bottom of this issue? Have seen a few of these vehicles show crazy Differential pressure readings too. I.e. when 5psi applied with Mityvac directly to new re-leant pressure sensor 50 psi is displayed in live data. Makes no sense other than ECU error?

The cleaning might have been a fail but the work ethic and method not. I would rather pay someone to try a bit harder in solving a problem and having it cleaned instead of going straight to expensive parts changing that might be unnecessary.and that's exactly why half of your video's start with "this guy came all the way from..." A good mechanic is worth the pay
