For anyone undecided about buying this tool.....I can't guarantee you will not be sorry. I purchased one last year and it's been bulletproof. To the point where I look forward to using it. It can be used as diy or professionally. The features are outstanding for the price. Next item on my buying agenda will be the tpms wand accessory.
Please help 🙏 My Dmax is doing a regen every 60 miles. Cheap code reader has told me the dpf delta pressure is 47psi. Would that mean it's full to the brim with soot? Tia 👍
my 1.6 15 plate connect has an over boost problem code P2599:00-26 BOOST CONTROL POSITION SENSOR # A PERFORMANCE - STUCK HIGH. HELP no one seems to be able to fix it.
Opposite mine. After a while my fan starts working fast and cloudy white smoke caused by vaporizer. Just not sure if the dpf sensors causing it or the Temp sensor
Not a fan of these high level ester based flushes. Removes too much sludge and tarnish in one go. Valvoline engine restore & protect has low level ester content that will gradually reduce crap over 5000miles and not clog the filter. After 3 rotations of 5000miles the majority of crap is cleaned out.
In which control unit can I look up which battery is installed in the Range Rover evoque? I looked at the gateway module and it says 43AH, which is not correct. I have installed 80AH. But i know i donit without the bst 360
Big fan of flushes even though I change oil every 5k…. I’ve had multiple engines having done 200,000 plus and still run as they should. Modern engines with all their emissions crap it’s more important than ever to keep everything clean as possible in there. I for one will be buying some👍🏻
I believe that this customer will call you back in few days or maybe a week to tell you that the lights came back on the dash,as the main fault when you scanned the van is the P20EE ,which I believe is caused by something you showed while looking at the live data.
I admire your quiet dedication. Thank you for doing the videos they are always helpful. Could you put the year of the vehicles manufacture on the vid heading as well as FWD RWD E4 E5? One reason is the MK7 Transits are not all the same 2006 to 2014. About 26th Sept 2011 the transits were changed. The van you show has an SCV on the HP pump which likely means it predates 26th Sept 2011. My 2012 Mk7 2.2 RWD E5 has a regulator valve and a temperature sensor on the back of the HP pump. A pressure sensor on the back of the rail. The fuel system is Siemens Continental.
@@ORileysAutos love ya Jimmy. But I’m no sycophant. And wouldn’t be true to myself if I didn’t say it. “Oh paleeeeeease!! It’s launch this, launch that. With my launch gun and my launch diagnostic tool”
Hello , I'm having the same INJECTION CHECK signal on my Kadjar's dash, furthermore I got also ANTIPOLLUTION CHECK , am I going to solve the issue by cleaning the hose ? thank you!
Bardalh gasket stripper . I have had great success with it removing sturborn injector carbon reali seems to work turn it to jelly and then u wash off with water . Worked like magic on last car i done @@ORileysAutos
Yep, people seem to think it knocks lumps off that block the pickup screen, it doesn't, it devolves the sludge allowing to be removed by the filter or the act of dumping the sump .
I do my oil changes so I'm used to that black oil from a Diesel engine, even minutes after it being changed. But interesting enough, I've a small two wheels tractor, that I change the oil once in a while since it just takes a few liters. And I use a fully synthetic 5W40 I had from the car, and the tractor valves look spotless. As the oil level is hard to measure in the dipstick being so clean. My guess it's the random oil changes, and the tractor not having such tight tolerances, plus the detergent properties of the oil.
I was considering buying a van to replace an old pick-up, but after listening about wet belts in many vans, I would rather search for a 2wd pick-up. Doesn't need to be an Hilux, could be an Isuzu D-Max.
Launch? Not sponsored. Not paid but “they’ve given me a bunch to test out 🤑🤑🤑0.27” They’re missing a trick they use with their massive range of OBD readers. Upgrade by engine size. Upgrade by colour. Upgrade by interior trim. Upgrade by musical preference? Have they got any headlight fluid to sell me?
I need to buy some pipe cleaner and make one of your tools. I use G101 cleaner which is great for breaking carbon down. I then use welding wire which eventually works. All thanks to your knowledge
Interesting that none of the real experts regarding engine oil, the oil manufacturers dont make their own engine flush products. If engine oil manufacturers thought that flushing liquids were necessary, they would take advantage of the situation to sell you an additional product. Also some of the oil including flushing agent will get left behind. Does this affect the additive package of your new oil?
They’ve got to market their oil products. If they produce additional agents or flushes they’re effectively saying that their oil isn’t good enough on its own. It’s more about marketing than anything else
Who are these REAL experts exactly?? the oil manufacturers who test to strict procedures and never mention what will happen if you abuse thier products or the mechanics who see these issues day in day out 365 for literally decades 🤔 My partner is 78, been a spanner monkey since he was 18 and e uses flush depending on the circumstances of the job, he KNOWS what can or will work and what won't, flush is a tool, like all tools you need to know when it's worth using it and when it's not, I've saved many more engines than I've killed with engine flush, (killed 2, saved hundreds) the 2 i finished off where a CVH and a PDI both where barely running before the flush, both lost oil pressure due to main bearing slop none have ever suffered from oil pickup clogging CAUSED by an oil flush, in every case the pickup was clogged before the flush.
Hi Jimmy the vw pd and cr engines they dont recommend flushing them due to stripping the lubrication on the hydraulic tappits. so i wouldnt want to put it in my skoda or vw really. id change the oil more regular and even do an oil change after 50 100 miles and then leave the second one till needed taxi drivers do their oil and filters every 5k.
