I would like to make the rear rack window guard -- have to wait to see how to do with a rolling bed cover I am getting

I got my maverick a few months ago and ready to mod it. As far as that any suggestions to mount a light bar? If so I’m thinking about welding my own rear rack and running some wires inside to mount it on top like yours! Awesome truck man!

Thanks! And congrats on yours. I've had good luck in the past with ditch lights mounted on brackets I've made bolted to the hood hinge plates. Maybe that'll be a future project for this one too.

Kegan do you think the 53 inch wingbar would fit the Maverick? I found good deal on a roof set up like yours but with I'm still waiting for my maverick and can't test if it would work yet. BTW I love the headrack you built!

Appreciate it! Just measured mine. My rails stick over 2.5" on either side of the towers. If there was a 55" option that would be the absolute shortest that would work.

Do you find road noise or wind noise from where the towers meet the door seals? Does water get into the door seal during heavy rain?

Nope these are great. I've ran the same system on multiple vehicles for years. As long as your door weather gaskets aren't damaged you won't have problems with water intrusion. Wind noise is slight to none. Highly recommend Thule.

@@keganmowery4223 ok thanks for reply. I have same system on my brand new maverick. Wind noise I can hear slightly at certain angles and a tiny bit of water got inside the door frame (not in cabin) but to be fair it was a very heavy down pour. I just hope over time they do not permanently damage the door seals
