Hi mate, love your videos. I used to be a technician before I became a lawyer. Now I have little time to work on my car unfortunately. My timing chain needs doing on a f10 520i n20 engine. Is this a job that you would want to take on or do you know any really good technicians that would be able to knock this job out? I’m in London and I’m struggling to find any good technicians in London. I would just do the job myself but I have no time and it would be more cost-effective for me to just pay someone. If you can’t help, thanks anyway.
Since every door on this car requires electrical power to open, where should I carry around the 12V jump pack that is required to gain access to the vehicle? Should I duct tape it to the roof? Should I wear it around my neck or let it hang from my belt? Do I need to have a support vehicle follow me around everywhere I go which carries all the accoutrements I might require?
