Hi Mate, yes the rust was taking a hold but I got to it just in time, Its been used as a daily car all its life in all weathers so I think its to be expected, the roof does have a couple of small bits of rust in the windscreen corners from stone chips I think, I did treat and paint these when the puma was last on the channel before I found all the sill rust, they should be ok now hopefully, I did use to tow a jet ski with the Puma but the car never went near the water, I've towed box trailers and motorbike trailers with it too, it makes the car very versatile, you can buy sump plug washers online as far as I know as long as you know the size. I still put the same oil in my puma 5w30, it should still be fine assuming your engine has been looked after and isn't worn, we are moving to Chelmsford area, there is a double garage at present with the scope to make it ALOT bigger hopefully, I love visiting my dad in Norfolk, the roads are SO much nicer than London ! Hi, i have to be honest, i hate inflation kits, id much rather have a proper spare that can get u out of trouble no matter whats happened to the tire on the car, ive never had a problem with the original jack, personal choice i guess 👍

But if you have a flat tyre and do manage to get the wheel changed, then discover your lovely aftermarket wide wheels won't fit in skinny spare tyre's under boot tray, you'll have a bit of a problem. Many Puma drivers also love the Puma's performance and use it as a fun driver's car. That can be radically improved by losing excess weight (removing spare and jack, back seats and rear trim, moving the battery behind the passenger seat, etc). But if you're using yours as a tow truck, I guess performance or how it drives isn't a priority! 😊
