Starting up the Ford Puma Rally1 and going for a drive on a stage in Monte Carlo that starts of on ice and ends on dry tarmac :) Game: EA Sports WRC, Xbox Series X Wheel: Fanatec WRC
May as well be driving a hovercraft. Why did EA throw out Codemaster's own engine for Unreal, doesn't make sense. All those years of development in the bin for something that doesn't suit the genre and doesn't have the tyre modelling or physics engine.
@@EOSHDTV I have to say that I like much more the engine which was in the WRC Generation game... it has the feel of the car weight during driving... This is different, and the stuttering problem is really unexpected in this genre of games...
@@JAGDTIGER128 Its not a poorly made game, just smart usage of resources Why would they waste time and money for spectators animations? It would only make game 10$ more expensive U clearly have no clue about game dev
@@Kapsek1i dont need to know about game development, as its after all just about money. least possible input into a game for maximum profit. whats the argument to charge 60€ every year for a fifa or every 2 years for a new codemasters rallye game? significant improvements arent possible there, so i will just call it more or less a cashgrab. if codemasters would bring out a high end rallye game every 5 years to make it a blast, then i would support it.. but not this ugly copy paste rubbish. graphics are lacking a lot in general in their rallye games.. im not supporting that
nice clean driving. I come into corners a bit faster with harder brakes to refill the hybrid system faster. Then I time each boost at the point of most grip instead of coming out of corners where it would normally just spin tires and waste all that extra energy. Learning these new cars has been really fun
Lot of comments about the "realism" of the game. Maybe its not as realistic as Dirt 2.0, but still... You can't tell me that you can drive like this in EA WRC? Amazing job!
@@drumnbasssakuga9352man dirt 2 is a joke stop this nonesense! You kids talk.like dirt 2 is the a and omega but just another TRASH game from.incompetent developers. So stop.and walk away thank you
@@drumnbasssakuga9352 Spain and the bottom of Monte Carlo yes, but not Germany. and in the parts of Monte Carlo in DR2 that were mixed snow/ice/asphalt, there were different amounts of grip depending whether which of the 3ish surface types the tyres were on. now it's all one texture which isn't great. someting to improve for the next game.
i believe he is not trying to waste it, just that sometimes you use the throttle in the turns. That triggers the hybrid, then you let of since the car understeers due to too much power delivery and you loose the hybrid. that is just from my observation and my own experience with the rally 1 cars in EA WRC
That's a powerful and exciting rally car to take on the virtual off-road challenges! Get ready to push the limits and experience the thrill of rally racing. Enjoy the high-speed action and may victory be yours! 🚗💨🏁 #FordPuma #WRC #RallyRacing
Have you figured out how to get the lights on the wheel to work? I've just got this wheel and like in your video, theres no display on my wheel. I thought there would be a rev and gear indicator. I've updated the firmware on everything. Or is it a pc only function?
Hah, nice run man 👌🏾 how many glitches does this game has yet… maybe I’m blind but I don’t see the stop lights 🤣 And yeah as noted before … perfect road with no bumps or holes 🕳️🤣
@HenrikM Absolutely brilliant video to watch even though I’ve been going through a lot of stuff lately as my cousin Alice has just recently passed away and I was her only cousin in my family though.👍🙂
Damn typically Wide EA airstrips, With either banks to keep you in or Bug runoffs to allow for Flatout and Mistakes. Looks good, sounds fair. IDK how it drives But Such a Wide Monaco track turned me off.
i think it is if you have a good pc or atleast wait a couple of days since they are releasing lots of bug fixes. There are a lot of things that are good for instance the stages are amazing the cars sound brutal The physics are similar to dirt rally 2.0 but slightly improved. The car selection is amazing and the online is really fun
I got this game on steam....I saw graphics being worse than dirt 2...blurry low res textures and stuttering...played for 1 minute....and than refounded it.
