that navarra has some engine alterrations on, but that piece of cake that navarra has trot is a walk in the park, maybe test the stock navarra on that ford terrain. justifying two trucks, that are always beaten by a stock Toyota Hilux.
I much prefer the older Ranger , I have a 2003 Edge model . 20 years old this year and still runs like it was new . Still pretty much looks like it's new to . Mine is only two-wheel drive so I don't use it for stuff like this .
Diference between the two- ranger had tougher track but can clearly see its built for that where as the navara had an easier route which looks to be on 33s at most with far less modifications/money spent as the ranger
Sorry to disrespect you but the navaras terrain is harder you need little to no power to do what the ford was doing and trust me I have been in way more mud than that and passed through with a stock navara
Not a very scientific comparison. The obstacle course should ba controlled: same water depth, same volume of mud. In other words, construct a testing facility.
Never understood people doing this shit for fun. It’s a good time until someone side swipes a rock wall, hits a tree, gets bogged in a marsh or floods their engine. Tamer 4x4 is always a good time, but I think more people need to realise this sort of 4x4ing requires a lot of skill and knowledge. Seen too many people lose 10s of thousands of dollars attempting shit like this and it ruins them for years
Banned? Or just not sold? These utes are smaller than the "trucks" that rule the US roads, and diesel too which has historically done worse in the 'states sales-wise...
Why was Nissan given a different terrain from Ford Ranger if they were competing. You know quite well that Nissan plays second fiddle and decided to cover up for its shortcomings
