one of the best diesel engines ever made, is the on DW10 bases 2.0 TDCI of ford. Great engine, reliable. I have been driving with Galaxy 2.0 tdci for about 420.000 km's and it was still going strong.

Hi there, after egr replacement i've just connected diagnostic to the car (i have wired version of diagnostic and I am using win10). Then i found in forscan egr adaptation and run. Thats all. Good luck.

The dashboard should not affect airbags at all. Maybe you can try to connect old dashboard and see if the airbag sign will turn of. If yes, you could have new dashboard from crashed car and airbag sign is stored in.
The mileage was approx 213k km a I didn't clean the air intake. The main driver for this repair was lighting sign on the dashboard and not fluent moving of the car when it is cold. This repair solved the fluent moving of the car, but not lighting sign.
Yes you are right, one screw from the bottom. In my case case threw was already missing. In the description of the clip there is a link where is visible how to reach this screw.
Zdravím, opravou aut se neživým, tak že bych asi nebyl nejlepší dohled. Nicméně na čištění tohoto egru celkem není co zkazit. Jediný problém může dělat spodní šroub, který EGR drží - ten už jsem tam neměl od předchozího majitele.
Ahoj, vyteče jen to co je vidět ve videu - pár kapek. V nádržce na vodu to ani nepoznáš. To koleno se ani nemusí vypojovat, ale je pak horší přístup k zadnímu šroubu.
It depends on which car you're going to perform this procedure. On S-max it's little bit more difficult because you can't see on the screws. In my case it was approx 1,5 hour.

Hi, your engine should be euro 5, mine is euro 4. There should be a lot of things same, but not completely. Unfortunately I don't have euro 5 available so I cannot tell you exact differences.
@@maximolotov Přeložit text It is no so difficult as it looks like... If you are able to use basic hand tools and you have diagnostic soft. than you are able to manage by yourself... Only tricky thing is bottom bolt on the EGR valve which was in my case already demounted...

However there are dozens of well made instructional video's that present the subject in a well constructed and watchable manner with minimal or no need for music or other distractions. Take a page from their book and see what a well made video looks like, I wish you well.
