A lot of innovation, but for those of us who have had a Ford for only 3 years, you have left us without Sync 2 updates since 2 years ago and you do not have the option of changing it (or paying) to Sync 3. If it is possible to do so, as to the cars of 2016 they were given the option to change it. Sync 2 is a radio (tactile, yes) very expensive. A car is not a mobile that you change and that's it, mine has to last 12-15 years for my family because it has been a very big investment for our economy. Honestly, I do not trust a computer technology that has given problems to other clients, it is slow in response, it does not have good usability and it is not intuitive. I am very disappointed with a brand that gave me a good impression in the past. Ford C-MAX facelift 2015 from Spain.
