Just find the right spacers or washers to prevent over tightening

That's an option, and I could, but it's not really necessary if your careful. People just weren't paying attention

The RU-vid logo engraving is so sweet & I love the outline of the truck. I’d prob want one with SVT under your truck outline on the left side, and the lightning logo on the right side.

Have you thought about having a 3M foam backing so the piece doesn’t get over tightened by your customers and also prevents any type of rattle and paint scrape.

Not really, hasn't been that widespread of an issue. Only 2 out of 110 have overtightened it (that I know of, if they don't say anything I can't know). Rattling shouldn't be an issue, paint scrap is possible, but really shouldn't be either. I've had mine on for 7 years now and everything still looks great when I've pulled it off. I did a ton of test fitting, off and on, to get the shape right, and didn't mess up any paint. I leave that down to the individual customer if they want to add foam, a screen as some have asked me to add, edge trim, or whatever.

I like my Chrome stock one steal I think the original ones look better on my lightning and my 2001 I keep it the way I bought it

There ya go! To each their own, I like the stock ones too, I got two stashed in my attic nice and safe lol. This is just something I did one day to show off the new heat exchanger, and liked it. Then got so many compliments and questions, I decided to take the plunge and make them for everyone.
