Amazing I've made your double orange roses pattern first in black and white and then colour. Then I made your owl pattern. It will be a while until I attempt this.❤️
Thank you for the lessons in book folding. I havew watched everyone several time. I have a question about the ink saver option. Whar are the width measurements for the set up? A,B,C.? I am having trouble with that part only.
Do I understand that you print out the pattern twice and then reverse the second pattern so that the last page is on top and the first page is on the bottom. And to measure strip lengths you measure the length of the book page from top to bottom?
To measure strip length, you have to first find the midpoint of the book page and then make the diagonal fold towards the spine. The length of the strip will be the length of that diagonal fold. Patterns are created as normal, but the "height" of the book will be a lot shorter because you're only going from the mid-point of the book towards the spine (hope that makes sense). Once you have the patterns, one of them you will apply as normal, the other one you start from the last strip. The first page you're working on will be the first strip from pattern one and the last strip from pattern 2, then the next page, will be strip #2 from pattern 1 and next to last strip from patter 2. Does that help?
