there is a problem that the alpha value may be bigger than 1or smaller than 0, how can i tackle?

i tried the goal seek method but it started using negative values of alpha after a while to calculate the lowest possible MSE value. How do i prevent that from happening?

For a more accurate result, you should give input 0.000001 into the value cell instead of zero while using goal seek.

I have a question. If I set the alpha value to 0.600. Goal Seek make an error. Could you explain what happened in the functionality in Goal Seek? I think they tried to find local minimum and get an error but I don't know exactly. Please answer~
