Hi, thanks for posting this video. I have a question. You mention junior liens. What happens when the the HOA is the senior lien and the mortgage company is the junior lien? If I purchase the house as a 3rd party bidder, can the mortgage company still do foreclosure? Also how can you tell if the HOA is senior or junior lien?

Good morning, One question. Planning on purchasing a Condo from Auction. Plaintiff is the HOA association. Will there be a mortgage, would that get wiped clean or will I need to satisfy that mortgage? 😮

If the Hoa is the sr lien, you need to take care of it & pay it. Super rare but it happens. Being the sr lien means you’re in first position.
