DESCRIPTION
This exercise is meant to improve a players ability to perform the forehand slice. The forehand slice is originally used to surprise your opponent. The opponent might suspect a smash or a clear, but get this forehand slice instead. Being able to perform a consistent forehand slice gives you an advantage and your offensive playing style doesn't rely on powerful smashes.
SUGGESTED WORKOUT ROUTINE
2 minutes, 2 repetitions!
==============================================================================
FOCUSES and TIPS
1) Perform forehand slice
2) High impact with the shuttle!
3) Active feet at all times!

What do you mean? If the strings is facing the net and you are right handed. Rotate the racket 45° clock wise. But this depends on where you stand and how high you hit it. Then you should perform the stroke with the power of a clear. Try it out😁

Really like that shot. Nice explanation on how to do it.👍 I think it's important to have a variety of shots. I get fed up with players that just smash, no subtle shots.😀

i have a question when i play with plastic shuttle my accuracy is very good but when i play with feather i bet that all my ninety percent of lifts and flicks go outside and thirty percent from back.my question is shall i slow the shuttle down or hold my racket from upside to get more control and reduce power.after even slowing down the shuttle completely everything goes wrong .so i need some advice to get more better control.pls i beg you to reply my question in the comments in just two or three hours

I think a better version of this would be just performing the strokes randomly on both back corners not pre deciding where to go one this would enable u to get to the center which resembles a match situation more two u would not just sit on the corner before even the shuttle reaches there giving u too much time to play the stroke unlike a match situation. Anyhow just my thoughts nice video by the way 😉

Thst would be next level. Considering your thoughts it would be another exercise. It will aswell be a more advanced exercise than this one. 💪😎
