I do appreciate his style of preparing caldereta. It is very simple. What really matters here is that they say it tasted great. So to those people commenting about what should be done or not, please, it's ok. Chuck will read those comments with an open mind. Criticism is ok, good or bad, it will make you a better person if you will learn from it. Kudos Chuck!

Sometimes I wonder why we Filipinos are considered poor...when even the poorest of the poor who lives in shanties here in the city eats authentic food ..real fish pork beef chicken ..vegetables...some seafood....we have everything here for everything here is made affordable because we care ...you can order at some turo turo half of a serving add some rice and voila ..the good life is still in my country...not too fancy..just the right balance. ..god bless
