A lot of Filipino food have analogs to dishes in other many countries but Sisig has very unique flavor profile and something non Filipinos have never tasted anything like before. I'm sure they were very surprised.

Iba talaga karisma ng SISIG. Partida wala pa yang Maskara, Tenga at Atay ata. Sir Chuck, ipatikim mo din sa kanila yung mga Kakanin dito sa Pinas. For sure magugustuhan din nila yun.
