Your questions are indeed very interesting, sir. I'm currently on sick leave for three weeks due to a middle ear infection, so I'm taking antibiotics that is why I did not drink. In the Philippines, braces are expensive, which is why many Filipinos have dental issues because we don't often visit the dentist. When we were younger, if we needed a tooth pulled, we would just use threads to do it-quite unconventional! Here in Czechia, according to my dentist, individuals below 25 years old can get braces covered by their insurance. However, since I'm 26, I have to pay for my dental treatments out of pocket. I got my braces when I was still in the Philippines, and it was quite expensive-both upper and lower teeth cost 50,000 pesos, not including the monthly dentist visits. Additionally, the rice thing isn't really cultural, but sometimes we Filipinos prefer to do it to make our food look nicer, especially when we have guests. 😁

@@Czeching Really thought I'd found an 'Easter Egg' in your video when Jacob mentioned Gwen wasn't drinking. Take the inner ear infection seriously. I ignored one once and ended up curled up on the floor because the room wouldn't stop spinning - not fun. Doesn't sound like braces are any cheaper there than here. Think my daughters' braces cost about $2k each.

I was curled up in pain and wept throughout the day, but fortunately, Jakub was very caring and managed to take care of everything for me. It was extremely painful, and I can't describe it. I got sick during Easter, which led to an ear infection due to a rhinosinusitis infection. I guess it was also because during Easter, Jakub poured cold water on me as part of their tradition for women to grow healthy and beautiful, haha. But yeah, I'm glad I'm getting better now, though I still have some hearing loss in my right ear.

@@Czeching Gwen, I'm glad you're on the mend. I've ruptured my eardrums a few times and they always heal. Watch out for Jacob and his 'traditions' because if his next one involves you participating in a lottery to ensure a good harvest you need to run. Read "The Lottery", by Shirley Jackson.
