Third single released for "Mr. Moonlight (1994)", the band's eighth album. Song written by Mick Jones, Lou Gramm and Bruce Turgon. I love this song, the only low point is Duane Eddy's magnificent lead guitar work being mangled for the music video version.

when i was a senior in high school, i worked at a retail store in the outlet mall in portland oregon. during the school breaks i would work full time. when the store would be slow, i would have to sit and straighten clothes for what seemed like an eternity...but i remember this song was on the radio all the time. it got me through those long, slow days.

If I'm not mistaken Lou Grahm had already left the band when this song was written. And maybe told that he was the only one that could sing it. I'd like to believe that is true. Why it doesn't have 20 million views or more no idea. One of the greatest love songs of all time.

I remember when Feels Like The First Time came out on the radio. Lou's voice was just as powerful and passionate as it is in this song. I've been a Foreigner fan from then until the end of time. 😊

What a hidden gem! It's my wedding song. My favorite Rock vocalist and my moral mentor Louis... Amazing musicanship, great vocals and underforgettable emotions... Music is an universal language! Thank you so much for posting this! I write my own small poems and learn to play my electric guitar after attending piano classes... Lou amazed me at the age of 10 to create myself. God bless you, my soulmate!

I love this song. I love the entire LP Mr. Moonlight. I was able to see Foreigner tour to support the LP. But due to Lou's health/surgery the tour was brief. This song should of been #1 on billboard.❤

Wrong. The Mr. Moonlight tour started around Jan or Feb 1995 and went into September 1995. Lou didn't start to have symptoms until the end of 1996 and had surgery April 1997.

@@Faltor895 No. Album released Oct. 24,1994. Tour started. Sept. 4.1994 Van Wert. OH. in the USA. But I was wrong re: when Lou had surgery (sorry). The tour that was cut short was Japan April 1997. Mr. Moonlight was a commercial failure

@@Faltor895 Sorry wrong about surgery that was 4/1997. I was correct re: Release of LP that was 10/24/1994. USA Tour started in the USA: Van Wert Ohio 9/1994. I also saw Foreigner July 1995 in Toledo, OH.. Mr. Moonlight was not promoted & was not a commercial success - peaked at 136 on Billboard. I hope that some day the track 'Until the End of Time' is on a movie soundtrack & more people discover this wonderful song / LP.
