Sir for last 3 years I have been observing fii and dii data. I have observed that when FII buy DII sell or buy small quantity. And when FII sell DII do a good buying that day. The question is how DII get to know of FII buying/selling before hand before market close 😂

Basant Sir, FED rate cut impact on India is negligible - Some time back FII were selling HDFC Bank, Kotak, Reliance, TCS, Infosys (what you call Mota Hathi stocks) & DII were buying - Now FII are buying the same stocks & DII are selling - Classic who is the greatest fool theory. Other stocks not going up - economy not doing well, there is rural distress, monsoon was uneven, agricultural sector in distress, state governments are near bankrupt due to cash transfer schemes, free electricity and other freebies promised to win elections, vehicle inventory increasing with auto manufacturers and vendors. Right now liquidity, greed of investors & fund managers is driving the market and not fundamentals. Better to hold on to high quality stocks in portfolio and put fresh money (for long term) only if there is steep correction.
Hello Sir, We cannot rely merely on words of powell. He is one of person who told inflation is transitory, which later accepted that it was wrong. During 2008 crisis, that time fed also said no recession. Another perspective can be, by telling truth, they cannot create panic. I guess its time to be careful.

Hello Basant Sir, Visit Abisko National Park if you can in north of Sweden. It’s just an hour drive from Narvik, Norway. If you stay there for 3-4 days it’s almost sure that you’ll get to see northern lights on one of the nights. Because of the valley location it gets clear skies. In Norway it gets very cloudy.

Sir, if any company have good ROE, ROCE, EPS growth and good Sales YOY for many years while it's operating cash flow is negative every year. Is it good or something fraud . Because if cash flow is negative it means inventory is stuck deliberately. If you want Don't take name (Ex MISHTANN food)

Every now and then they have been asking for different papers for the withdrawal. It has been more than 10 days and even now they are asking for some more papers. Sir, hearing a lot lately for launching a new small case. As a very early member of your small case, I feel launching a new small case will be a disadvantage to already subscribed members as the existing small cases would only grow if there is a consistent incoming of funds in the stocks. New launch will work if it’s on a totally different theme/s without conflict. Sir, rather you should confidently ask people to consider existing small cases coz if the objective is long term wealth creation then pehle liya ya 1 saal baad liya won't matter much. All your stocks have secular growth path and can be taken any point of time which is the real beauty and offers win-win for existing and new participants both. With respect, I thought to put across this concern which may be common for all old subscribers

Sir, I have a stock (Natco Pharma) which has very good fundamentals (growth, Roe, eps, cashflow) but insiders are selling it continuously. Is this an indicator ? Does it makes sense to sell a well researched stock on such indicators. Earlier as well, I exited Paytm when Warren Buffett exited it in Jan-feb later RBI news came in public. It is really hard to hold a stock with such high volume of news/hints overflow.
Intellectual people should try to stay unbiased in their opinion. Even a person one does not endorse does something good should be appreciated. I think 14000 cr buying by FII has the recent US visit factor and associated positivity. A message that goes is friendly towards US and US friendly towards us.

Respected sir Can you explain the cash flow statement and impact on stock prices like 1. cash flow from operating activities 2. cash flow from investing activities 3. cash flow from financing activities 4. net cash flow 5. Free cash flow For the purpose of analyse the stock Mostly I have seen whose stock price increase have A. negative net cash flow or B. Negative cash flow in one yr and positive net cash flow in next yr respectively
Cash from operating activities means cash generated by the business of the company Cash from investing = cash invested by the company maybe in a new plant or machinery or something else Cash from financing activities = loan taken by company

A positive Cash from investing means the company is investing in something maybe plant machinery or setting up a new unit. A positive Cash from financing means the company is expanding by taking loan. Negative financing activity means the company is paying back loan . In a broader context lesser the loan in a company accompany the better. For this you can track debt to equity ratio
