We tried some popular Filipino dishes consisting of chicken adobo, sinigang, dinuguan, sisig, pancit, and banana turon.
This food was supplied from a restaurant that I visited in West Jordan,
Utah called BFF Turon, go check them out it is really good!

My fiancee is Filipina, and the moment you said "adobo" I could immediately hear her in my head playfully mocking your pronunciation of "adobo."

The bad smell of the sinigang is because there is no meat and veggies

sinigang dont have vinegar, its tamarind-you put calamansi(lime or lemon not soy sauce)it will just make more salty, dinuguan should not be oily must have thick creamy sauce(hey guys its pork blood not human-you will not be vampire, sisig is delicious if steaming hot and have egg on the top and turon its nice

The things you bought look like karindirya dishes. Home made is better.

Reading ready na silang bumisita sa Pinas without a single doubt ahahaha ... for desserts try 1). Royal Bibingka or in Ilocos they call it Bibingka iloco) available at Valerios Bakery, or how about 2). Malagkit rice cake available at Goldilocks Restaurants and the other cake is the one that’s made of yam, normally brownish yellow in color .. (sorry I forgot the name - soo .. delicious) also available at Goldilocks
