In manila and other provinces in the philippijes, they serve lechon with a different sauce. The sauce is made up of pigs liver. And the tastes of thr lechon blends amazing with it

Amazing! .. Last time I had ice candy was years and years ago. It was part of my happy childhood and we made them ourselves- my mom, my siblings and myself. So to see you both eating and enjoying ice candy, brings me back so many memories. I could hug you guys right now but I won't. #nohomo. hahaha.. Glad you enjoyed lechon. There is always a special "sarsa" or gravy that goes along with the lechon but nowadays most Pinoys used "Mang Tomas". Mixture of vinegar, soy auce, calamansi and sili is the all-purpose sawsawan (sauce) in any Pinoy meal. You can't go wrong with it. I'm gonna give this vlog an A. No A+ because there is no Broski dancing in it. lol. :D

In case you get to visit Iloilo City.. You have to try Lapaz Batchoy.. It's a very famous Noodle soup that could compete to Japanese Ramen. And also found in Iloilo City is Pancit Molo, another Filipino soup that is Chinese inspired.. It's like a Wanton soup but taste better and I've noticed that you both like it spicy.. Try Bicol express... it's a famous spicy Filipino dish.
