Hello! I just wanna share yung about sa dinuguan and why it's not as gamey or "farmy"😂 as what you guys are used to 😊 Yung dinuguan bisaya kasi, the innards are boiled with "tanglad" or lemongrass until they're soft and then usually the liquid gets discarded 😁 innards are then chopped up and cooked in fresh water or the blood na mismo. You guys need to go to Talisay food park on an early Sunday morning for the best lechon. Us locals do not eat as much in the house of lechon because everyone knows the best lechon is in Talisay. Go there around 7-8 am and eat fresh lechon and seafoods with hanging rice. Also in dimsum, you should try their quail egg siomai and chicken feet. BOMB!

Cebu is known for best dumplings you should try harbor city restaurant and also ngohiong or hopia . And also Sunburst chicken

You should go to Talisay City for lechon. It serves early in the morning every Sunday. And siomai at the Tisa, their siomai is kinda addictive with its sauce and way cheaper than Dimsum. Yumm

Taga Cebu ako, pero underrated ang Lechon sa Bacolod. Who would have thought na Sinampalokang Lechon would be so good? Other good lechon places here sa Cebu are, CnT and Cebu's Original Lechon Belly (Boneless).

Im raised in cebu and I'm telling you. Cnt lechon, go to carcar market and buy lechon there, dimsum: ding qua qua eat all you can dimsum in jy square, harbour city, try sunburst chicken (OG), barbeque (larsian), pungko2 in cebu doctors' university or somewhere in osmeña blvd at the back of national bookstore, try their ginabot there (fried pork intestines), try their streetfood in osmeña blvd and dip their sauce with cucumber.

Cebu lechon is different. Cebu lechon is on its own league. Incomparable! Unlike other regular lechon you have in Quezon City or in Luzon for that matter, Cebu lechon is alone in its class. So it doesn't matter which part you get, you won't get disappointed. Cebu lechon is well-seasoned that dipping sauce or any flavor enhancer isn't necessary at all. Btw, I'm talking about the Carcar Lechon and Talisay Lechon which are archrivals for years in claiming to be CEBU'S best lechon. I tried both and all I can say is that they're almost tied but I would choose Carcar Lechon because I have found out that the skin of Carcar lechon stayed crunchy 5 hours after we bought it from the stall as we traveled to Cebu south for our weekend getaway and it happened all the time.
